Item: "North on Boston" Oil Painting Description by Artist Kay Deardorff 16 x 12 "When the Tulsa County Medical Society honored my husband, Max, on his retirement, the event was held at the Mayo Hotel. We decided to spend the night and enjoy the new renovatoin of the hotel which played a part in our lives. Upon leaving early the next morning for church, it was raiing, I have always wanted to paint downtown Tulsa in the rain, so it was a great opportunity to snap some photos. I did three paintings, and this was one of them. It is taken looking north on Boston towards the BOK tower."
